I can't dig it.

Over all this is a great FPS, which still holds up despite its age. The enemy AI is one of the best you will come up against: very fluid, it will present a decent challenge even in Easy mode.

It does get a bit repetitive at times, and to be honest I didn't find it scary at all, but the action more that makes up for that.

The mechanics from TV1 remain faithfully intact and familiar to fans of Train Valley, but it's refreshing to see that this isn't just extra levels for TV1. The way that resources need to be delivered in certain quanitites to certain stations is novel and forces the player to strategise in order to make their system efficient.. especially if you're trying to beat the time challenges!

A satisfying puzzler, despite at this point (March 2018) being unfinished.

this game satisfies all of my autistic tendencies.

easy going platformer, easily completed within 1 hour.. more like 30mins..

this game is popular with achievement hunters because it's a free, quick and easy 100%, but it's also an enjoyable game and worth looking into. use is as warm-up for Super Meat Boy!

Great game, loyal in many ways to the original Fighting Fantasy game books. Plenty of replayability and potential for future expansions.

In the past I have found that tower defense games can be a grind and have been generally quite boring.. like a puzzle that you are only allowed to solve slowly.. but Toy Soldiers (and also Cubemen) have proven to me that this genre has more to offer. An intrinsic part of Toy Soldiers is the player's ability to take control of towers and units to give them more powerful effects. It adds a good amount of action to the game and in my opinion makes it well worth playing.

this isn't a game.. it's an achievement farm. it's also really really ♥♥♥♥.

difficult but satisfying.
