A great single player addition to Half-Life which will add a few hours on to your Half-Life gaming experience.

Worth picking up for a coupe of quid.

An all-time classic which is a must for nostalgic gamers.

It certainly does look dated now, but Half-Life's combination of action and problem solving along with a decent storyline means that I will happily play through the single player campaign time and time again in future years.

Multiplayer on Steam is still active but don't expect to more than a handful of servers, many of them repeatedly running the Crossfire map.
