Really fun, no deep story or anything like that. Just a few really good mechanics and a crap ton of things to shoot/avoid.
Runs really well considering there are seemingly thousands of objects on screen at a time. with my ol 1060 and amd fx cpu im still getting a super solid 144hz at 1440.

also a good example to show someone the concept of an fps.

when you buy a game, download it and open it up only to find you only bought less than half a game and more than half of the content is paid dlc. kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth

cons-
Can be frustrating while you still suck at it, a lot of the time when you are doing something wrong, its not obvious that you suck and not the game. Then you figure it out and forgive the game.
Meh story but at least it is there.



Overall i think this is a worthwhile game if you like jumping around like meth addicted squirrel and skrrrrting on platforms in the sky

My dad has a newfound love for gaming.

I was trying to show my dad some games and see if there was anything he would have fun playing. Pulled up some first person shooters.. nah, he didnt even want to try them. Launched Ride 3, considering we ride motorcycles irl I thought he would love that, he didnt even seem interested in that. What about some super simple fps like swarm lake? nahhh. A hunting game? nope. He asked me if there was a more management style game, so i start explaining games like City Skylines and as soon as I say "There is this one where you are a dictator" he said "Oh I want to check that one out."
He loves being el presidente and keeps bugging me to use my computer to the point he chose to have me build him a new computer.


I also really enjoy this game.

Well there is a reason why people regard this as a great game, i agree.
It does crash relatively often for most people, so remember quicksaves exist.

If you are into games like this, this is definitely a good one that you can sink a ton of time into.

I just couldnt play it with a locked fov at what seems to be 50. It says 60 fps but its the worst 60fps iv ever seen.

Its good i guess, maybe i should play a bit more and update this review later
