Related, he's done this TWICE before.
While I had little access to the game, that's all I needed to know it wasn't for me. Of course the art/ads for this game paint a different (misleading) picture.
Of course someone who does not own the game does not have any experience actually playing the game but that doesnt make his/her opinion less valuable for a game that is unfinished and in early acess. Not a smart move.
You should prolly add in that even questioning why the game needs so many resources, and why in the hell he continuesly feels some odd need or other to go off on people for even the slightest of dam oppinions. Sorry to say pal but when you treat your potential costumer like ♥♥♥♥, and treat vending machines like ♥♥♥♥? Screw, that bs.
It's all back to normal now. If you do own the game and want to help out with it, hence Early Access, you should give it another shot. There is a LOT more to this game can you think and you will miss out on a unique experience if you think you know it all in the short time that you had access to the game.
And everyone (3000+ people) who downloaded it, lost access to the game shortly after. Which is why we extended the 50% discount by 48hrs.
As to the issues you mentioned, we did have some text box and load crash issues when the game first went live because we had an update that wasn't pushed to some clients due to people trying to update the game while the Steam client was running.
It is an Early Access game and some people don't seem to understand that, let alone bother to read the lengthy description on the game's store page. And that was compounded by the fact that when it was released incorrectly, some people may have also genuinely missed that information.
