It's a great game but only buy it if you aren't concerned with online play.

I was banned from online play for 180 days (6 months) for tampering with save data. The only reason I can think of that would have caused this is my game crashed. Support will not unban me which seems incredibly reasonable considering it's my fault that the PC port is kinda trash and crashes. Now I can't PvP which is, for me, the main draw of these games.

It's a shame that after 13 years of this online system they still can't get it to a point where it functions properly.

Yeah, I guess so. Fortunately I can play online again. Not sure why and I still get the banned message but it seems to work fine.
