I asked that my waffles be lightly done. When it came out it was very dark and overdone. When I asked for a replacement Waffle, our waiter took it, showed it to another waitress explaining that I wanted it lighter. The waitress made a snide remark saying, " OMG save it for me later"! I considered that a totally uncalled for statement, considering it was the 'waffle' house and if anything should be done the way the customer wants, it would be the 'waffle'. Hailey was the name of the rude commenting waitress.
Overall the place was very busy and unfriendly. I don't believe there was a smiling face in there.
