Decent game. Story is fun, barely anything scary. The writing (as in written words, not spoken dialogue - is by far the best part of the game). I would have rather read this than played it. The puzzles aren't too bad outside of one which I wouldn't figure out for a solid year without a guide as the one clue is horrible.

Endings.. eh. Not great. But overall it was a fun experience.

It's creepy. Your brain will probably enjoy the constant stream of novelty. If you watch the video, are fully aware there's no monsters or anything, and are still interested you'll probably love it.

Cap your FPS at 60 though. It absolutely cooks GPUs past that.

Pretty good game, a little weird and hard to follow because you have to hover over everything and it's all symbols. But music/art/gameplay/speed is all good. Almost as good as monster train/STS/VOTV.

Great Game. Arcade mode is brutal. Novice mode feels decent, though still pretty tough. This is a really hardcore shmup. Nothing bad to say about it really. One of the best ever made.

Can't rotate and maintain aspect ratio in fullscreen. Can't rotate at all in window mode. Trash.

I love shmups, going for 1ccs etc. This game... I'll list the good and the bad.

Good:
+ Music is pretty good, fun to listen to
+ Monster girl art is good
+ Responsiveness is good
+ 3 bombs do an "autobomb" and take all your bombs when you're hit
+ Good pacing on the extends and I like the hidden extend
+ Homing shot feels good
+ Bombs do lotsa damage

Bad:
- Poor visibility in particular w/the red flame arrow things, exploding zombie things and boss adds. Hard to see the bullets on the backgrounds. On top of that every "horse race" section is horrendous. Almost impossible to see anything.
- You lose all your power when you die, terrible. So you can no longer homing shot which compounds on the following.
- "cover" your enemies become invincible and invisible. There's bosses that just pop out for a second with SUPER fast GIGANTIC arrows you last second dodge and you can only shoot them for half a second.
- Too many adds on bosses, like another reviewer said this just makes everything feel random and bad.
- Bosses are slogs in particular if you aren't at full power with autoshot.
- Bosses are just too small
- No steam achievements
- Last boss and final boss are absolutely horrible. Not fun at all.
- Non monster girl art is bland.
- Arrow projectiles enemies shoot are too damn big regardless for how fast they move

I have 1cc'd much harder games than this. But this game isn't fun enough to justify the struggle. If I feel that way about a shmup, it's not a good game to me. There's WAY too much anti-fun in this game that goes beyond difficulty and into tedium. I would give it a 4/10.

Big no from me. 165 fps feels like 40. Something has to be fixed in there.

Great game, hilarious writing and works perfectly. I love the artstyle in particular. Shmups should really be a more popular genre. But it is what it is. People want dumb autowin AAA garbo.
