Beautiful game no matter how many journeys it takes.

I saw this playthrough many years back on youtube and loved the game, and not having a PS3 means not able to play this. When I saw this available for PC i dove right in and it is the best choice I have made.

Easy game, but it got boring after a while. The last level is slightly more difficult that the rest of the levels.
Storywise... you've got something there... but it felt flat and being unable to read Chinese characters the English translation felt weird at times.
The MC pretty much have to 'defeat' the yokais and to restore color back to the world. There's even explanation given as to why the colors disappeared in the first place.
I'd recommend this if you want to get full achievement... easy get!
The artwork is very beautiful.
However there are aspects of nudity, if you cannot accept that then it's not for you.

Another amazing game from FrozenByte.
There are new mechanics, at first when was shown in preview I had some doubt how is it going to work, but when the game actually was released and played, it is AMAZING. There is even an extra secret on the main menu page :3

We have extra skills and I think Amadeus' skill is deadly if the player knows how to utilize. I'm kind of terrible at it ^^'

Breathtaking scenery in each level, seriously just take a breather and look at the details of the background. And enjoy the background music. ♪♫
The secret areas are pretty sneaky at times lol

During my solo game play I rarely met with bugs... except that Amadeus' horizontal throw skill didn't always work for me. I had to replay the level, thankfully there is the option of starting at checkpoints in order to look for missed exps.

During online coop game play there is the occasional DC from the game, and when I receive the game invite I'm left with no skills bought and it takes us an additional save slot everytime I join in.

Other than that... this game is much more enjoyable than T3 due to the story is complete( hope to see more side stories like Pontius' pie eating contest, or Zoya's relationship with some guy who sent her a letter or if Selius met with Toby ^^) but I felt T2 has much more challenges. Probably the devs may add in a hard mode (probably will die often there)

PS: Do look at the after credits' artwork!

I believe I got this game a little while right after it becomes available, but with some discount. At the time I was not aware the game will not be finished, to be honest here. I did not have the same 'rage' as when other players had found out. But I did feel a bit disappointed the story was not going to be a complete one after months of anticipation.
As earlier on the specs of my PC are dismal for this kind of game; I couldn't entirely enjoy the game ( I tried playing with the lowest settings... and it was a pain.) This was in 2nd half of 2015.
Fast forward to July 2019, yay.
Completed the game, felt it was a bit easier compared to Trine & Trine 2(enjoyed Trine 2 the most), but the final boss the hardest in the game.
What I like:
- fact we can move at different directions, jumping about
- the graphics are stunningly beautiful; can't help to pause and look at the details in the background
- the background music as always. Always has the feels
- stomping, jumping off walls and Zoya's ability to swing about XD

What I didn't like:
- story was unfinished. I'm burning with curiosity how the heroes defeated Sarek and why they decided to not 'retire'
- at times it felt it was too easy, but if you are looking to enjoy the plot, even though it's unfinished, it may not have mattered.

tl:dr = get the game when it is on sale, noticed it's been on sale pretty frequently. or if you are a Trine fan. If not, just wait till Trine 4 is released.
No regrets getting the game :P

this is not really a game, i think it's a kinetic novel than a visual novel. short and lovely. i wish there is an extra chapter where it shows a second encounter between the two girls :3
I think this novel even provide links to some historical areas mentioned (just click the hyperlink) which is really cool. Relaxing BGM with pretty scenes.
Price: price is reasonably cheap for a game with voice acting, but probly will take an hour or less to complete~
----
i got the game before i'm aware of some legal issue with the developer and publisher.
Not sure where I can get subsequent news one this if the developers won their case... if they do, please support them by getting this :)
End result: feeling comfy, relaxed, wondering if something like this can happen to me, nostalgia, all good things will come to an end.

Little interaction that presents us with another touching story, but a short one. More to a story instead of a game. Need to know what you are getting yourself into before playing/watching this. I felt emotions daily life will not invoke. It made me cry. Love the music. Will cry again.

Wow. Just wow. It has beautiful BGM, graphics, and well written storyline with SUSPENSE that makes you want to know what the heck is going on!( even has an ending that explains how initially the villian was a good person but was subsequently tainted with Darkness and how the story came to be! *shivers*
This made me wish if I could be a Treewalker
Money well spent :D will play again, admittedly i 'cheated' by looking at the guides( hey, i didn't do that ALL the way ;) ; the puzzles are relatively simple, though I just had to advance through as I want to enjoy the story. Tee hee (mainly because i want to get full achievement)

PS: Did I mention I am a beetleogist? :p

I don't know if this counts as a review, but:
I'd recommend this game for its beautiful art, theme song (and the OSTs: listened and still loving it) and fun gameplay( controls are fluid IMHO); solo or multiplayer. Of course it's even more fun when multi, because sometimes you get sabotaged and die :p
Even the voice-acting and dialogues are hilarious at times.

Trine 2 even has an interesting storyline to it, what more I can ask for?

I think this is the first OMG-it's so fun to play physics puzzle game I've ever played. You learn new ways to get past obstacles if you replay the levels, especially if you want to get all the achievements.

Hardcore&hard mode involves a lot of 'OMG! OMG!' and 'NOOOOO....' from me X)
