After playing this game for a lot longer, i've noticed positive changes that the game has now that were not there previously. There are actual npc humans in the game, which wasn't present at launch. There are bunch of different story missions for you to engage in and play. The grind in this game isn't too bad as you can find and gather most materials that you need at the same locations because they respawn in the same spots. So, why don't i recommend it still? Despite all of the positive changes, it still suffers from the same problems that it had before. The world, despite having npcs and such, still feels really empty. They tried to offset this by adding loads of enemies in certain locations, but most of the time, if you don't fast travel, you're just walking around doing nothing exciting. Another issue the game has is the small number of fast travel locations that you can use for free. I've only discovered 3 free fast travel locations, and most of them are around the same general area, so if you need to go somewhere far, you still have to walk in the direction and it gets boring really fast. There are also still bugs that somehow bethesda didn't fix, that affect the main quests that the game has. One of the bugs i found was a softlock in the mission buried treasure, where the npcs have to enter a room to get trapped(yes this is dumb), but 90% of the time they get stuck on an object and are unable to move. This softlocks the mission and forces you to restart it, with no guarantee that it will fix it. Another bug i found was that critical npcs will sometimes go inside static objects, and if they have a quest item that you need, you are unable to grab it from their corpse. Most of the bugs that i've seen are because of terrible pathfinding for npcs, dialogue bugs that softlock you in the dialogue menu, corpses having weird behaviours, and also getting teleported back to a previous location whenever i jump off high cliffs in powerarmor. However, that isn't the only bad thing about the game. There are about 2 music radio stations in the game, one is the normal classical music station, and then the other is the normal fallout style music that they play. The normal radio, ie Appalachia radio, has the worst co host ive ever heard in a fallout game. Julie, bless her heart, isn't charismatic, and often goes on the same tirade of sharing her feelings about the radio station, its nice the first time you hear it, but the 50th time you hear it, it makes you just want to permanently stop using the in game radio. It got so annoying that i started using my own music on spotify to stop her speech. So, after 83 additional hours, this game is still terrible. Am i going to continue playing it? Probably.

This game isn't a very good solo experience unlike its brother ESO. The game feels very empty with a low player count on the server i've played on. Also the quests feel very boring to do, and i found myself just wondering around until i died. I tried Nuclear Winter and actually had a little bit of fun. It was pretty decently made, but i don't think that alone can carry this game. They recently added a battle-pass to the game that allows you to get all the loot without paying for a premium pass( i think). You can of course pay to rank up on the battle-pass. The atom shop is pretty expensive, but you do earn atoms by playing the game. Do i suggest this game? Possibly. It seems like it would be fun if you had a couple of friends,but if you are looking for a solo experience then avoid this title.
