This pinball game is like pure dopamine injected into your eyes. Takes a little bit to wrap your head around the systems but it once you do it's like flow state on tap. Great soundtrack and the dev is very active in improving the game with great new additions.

17th September 2024 update has locked all Linux and Steam Deck users out of playing GTA Online.

Store page is still marked as Steam Deck compatible, R* seem unwilling to make the concession of enabling BattlEye for Linux and thus has lost me as a customer.

This game is infested with bot hosters that are malicious to other people who just want to enjoy this game the way it should be played. Valve are asleep at the wheel and could not give a ♥♥♥♥.

Valve, fix this or take the game down. Stop adding in micro transaction ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and grow a pair. To think I was going to buy a Steam Deck or Index when this kind of behaviour from your company is on display...

I played this game from June 2021 since the Early Access Opened up on Android, until January 2024 when I finally woke up from the hell that this game is. At the time I quit, I managed and was King Melon of the 5th Ranked kingdom in the game: Melon Brawlers.

The review I had written here initially is not relevant anymore since things "changed", but at its core, the RNG loot element of the game is still at the very essence of what is provided here.

Nothing you love about Puzzle Quest is in this game. Make no mistake, this is pay to win at its most aggravating and in your face. Be prepared to spend months playing the same thing over and over to make "progress".

Every single interaction in this game is designed to extract money from your wallet.

The UI/UX is standard Skinner Box fare: unnecessarily complex, convoluted and never designed with player consultation. You will be screaming into the void with the idiosyncrasies of this UI/UX.

Lately it seems the developers have made a large effort to try and listen to community feedback, but like every other live-service vampire game, it is all delivered through a layer of promises manufactured to string the paying player along while the Skinner Box game-play loop is fiddled around with.

Every patch is also guaranteed to absolutely not be tested for bugs. Loading errors, spells and gear not applying effects they are supposed to, display glitches.. the list will go on and on and on. For how much these guys ask for the consumables they sell, the quality of programming is a slap in the face.

Honestly, I wish this game was never made.

This game will draw you in and make you want to unlock every item, uncover every piece of lore and experience everything it has to offer. The controls are tight (after rebinding from the default controller layout) and very responsive. You feel extremely connected to Zagreus, fluidity is the name of the game here and it delivers in spades.

This is one of the very few games that has held my attention enough to get 100% achievements and I think it really is a must buy game. I am waiting until Hades 2 comes out of early access and hits 1.0 release until I buy it, I know Supergiant will do a great job with it too.

As a huge fan of the anime series I really wanted to love this game, but I cannot recommend it in it's currently untested and unfinished form.

Wait for a sale and hopefully the mountain of issues will be ironed out.

Easy to play, lots of fun. This game is a feast visually and technically.
