This sucks, it's amazing how many roadblocks have been inserted into this game that you can only bypass by buying a membership. Legit just straight up couldn't use an anvil because Jagex wanted money, wtf aye!

Great Civ to get into, it's fairly easy to get the hang of and sufficiently deep enough that it'll take a couple of 100 hours to feel like you've mastered the game.

I recommend you also get the dlc's but make sure you buy everything when it's on sale, I would suggest at least 75% off.
