This game really hasn't aged well.

Right out of the gate the save system is based on checkpoints and the one they have at the start hinges on hacking emails, doing obstacle courses and not being able to do them over again without having to lose a significant amount of progression.

Obsidian games are notoriously plagued with bad design because the leads of the company are lizard-brained narcissists overworking people with real creativity.

I don't have the patience for these types and regret having purchased this game.

This table was released back in April.

Now, you'd think they would have fixed the problems listed on this table but no. They still exist in 2024.

This is blasphemy leaving such a legendary table in this state.

Why would I recommend a product from a company that rewarded its player base with a new client and pushing them to buy the tables they own again?

Early Access Review
This game is hot unoptomized garbage.

I went from wanting a refund during its initial release to steam denying me and then trying it today. It hasn't aged well.

The art is sub-par but everything else makes this game a banger with a lot of replay value.

Hopefully, they make another one and correct for the aesthetic

This is by far, the best fallout ever made.

Gone is the silly repair system, which is replaced with modifications to weaponry. Added is a crafting system for settlements that goes above and beyond to which those who are incredibly creative bend to their will.

The SPECIAL system has been reworked with perks that give noticeable benefits for combat as well as exploration.

Consumables are actually useful and present added benefits.

Combat is relatively unchanged except for melee enemies being absolutely terrifying.

Companions aren't one dimensional nobodies but characters with backstory and interactions that are encouraged.

The game looks amazing and the engine is very well made for people who still can't afford an upgrade like me.

Environments feel unique and reward exploration, complete with added lore in terminals/holotapes as well as thoughtfulness when it comes to cause and effect of the war.

It's pure fun.

This is just a terrible addition to the Fallout series. I remember playing 3 and each location had its own lore with data logs in computers as well as a massive amount of Easter eggs. You felt like exploring places because there was always interesting things to find.

In this, it's just incredibly on-rails with a climax that leaves you craving another option. The whole point is to track down the guy who killed you but you're basically pigeonholed into acting what the game intended as a fate for the antagonist.

NPCs are forgettable as is this entire experience.

Fallout 1,2,3 and 4 are better uses of one's time.

This game's going to give you myriad warm fuzzies as you go through the game and encounter your very childhood.

Those who have played previous incarnations will feel right at home with the combat and encounter a few new elements which make for something extremely polished and well thought out.

The added characters to the roster are welcome and increases the overall charm of the product.

The enemy types will have you thinking versus mashing out a victory and there's plenty of room for new players to comfortably scale with the difficulty of the game.

Voice acting is exceptional and brings back some familiar actors. The soundtrack is amazing.

The only nitpicks I have are related to the collectables needing to be collected via the world map in story mode. It's the only thing that feels a little off but, you'll barely notice as you're more intent on playing this wonderful gem of a game.

This is a must have for any fan and is quickly becoming my favourite entry among the entire library of turtles games.

Tribute Games have outdone themselves. Exceptional work and an exceptional title.

It's a solid br. Super fun, none of this 50 shades of brown dookies on the screen.

Only downside is I could use a better processor.

Running an 8350FX and it works.
