Honestly, It gets boring a little fast, get it on sale.

Good enough for the time it was made.

pros:
- its fun, no way around it, there enough kinds of troops, classes, and cannons to keep you entertained for a good part of 300h.
-The battles are the highlight of everything you ever wished from a total war game
-The graphics, on high, do actually look amazing, and makes it worth it buding that large army over 25 years.

cons:

- massive issues with the A.I movment
- player building is there but only skin deep
-provences are wierdly made, with france being a whole provence, and the balkens being like 52.
-Fort Battles are terriable, with both your troops and the A.I moving like idiots.
-time issue, it takes a year and half (game time) to move from london to scotland....?

This game in the definition of a love/hate relationship.

I love it

Epic, in every sense of the word.

This is a great game for its time.

good storyline
nice combat
amazing skill system

downs:
bad character speach and expressions
very little or shallow on the buying houses and Interactions side ( getting a wife, having companions, how poeple see you)
