Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. One or two minor errors have been spotted in work presented in the current period, not putting the business at risk, but which could have been prevented if the facts and figures had been properly checked. MEU NOME É YASUO can be polite, respectful and courteous on occasions and with certain people, but is not by nature polite, and has upset someone once or twice in the last six months – inside the business or outside – with a lack of respect. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. MEU NOME É YASUO generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views.
