Fixed Dota 2 Cant Connect to Singapore Server:
1. Right clickc Dota 2, select Properties
2. Go to General then add Launch Options with port 80 (suggested ports between 27005 and 27032)
-console +clientport 27005
3. Type to in game console: net_option SDRClient_ForceRelayCluster sgp/hkg
