Its astonishing how well written the characters are. When I think of this game from both the point of view of the bartender or as a client, I find that there are aspects to this game that I can strongly relate to. They feel human and don't always just follow cringey troupes. While I won't explore all the characters I liked here I will say that I could constantly saw myself as the bartender Jill and relate with her in many situations.
The world too is very rich and diverse. Its actually scary how many parallels can be drawn from our current world to the dystopic society painted in the game. The constant jump from macro level problems to micro level problems and getting by them gave me great comfort.

Its been a game experience in a long time that made me want to keep on progressing to know what happens next!

My lazy summary of some of the key elements of this game are listed below:

Story - Good - a bit predictable but overall very enjoyable, feel-good and comforting story!

Characters - Amazing - really well written, gay and funny with personalities that felt more genuine and human than compared to the usual. There were definitely characters I liked a lot and couple that I wasn't a big fan of but that being said they too were written well to have made me feel negatively about them.

Music - Great - diverse, interesting, vibey tracks that fit many generes while staying true to the sci-fi cyberpunk feel! Set the ambiance just right

Art - I Love it - sucker for the pixel style but the colours the designs and attention to detail really made my day!

Overall experience - hard to describe in one word so here's a few - calm, relaxing, healing, gay, etc.

This game is for you if you are looking for something cozy to read and play through late nights with some alcohol or coffee or even some instant noodles :3



P.S. I need to beat that video game challenge - I suck at that game tho but I will do it one day and then edit this review :3
