It's complicated. This game is clearly an improvement on both Spider-Man and Miles Morales, but even on the lowest graphics settings, the game is twitchy and laggy. Cutscenes are pretty much unwatchable, but the game itself plays fine until you reach a point of high-density traffic or open the suits screen. I can see how great this game could be, but it's not at that level on PC yet. It sucks, because I really want to play more, but the way it is now, I don't think I can until I either get a new graphics card or Sony drops another patch on this game.

*Update* as of Patch 3, this game suffers from the same problems I already mentioned, except that the suit screen no longer crashes the game. It's still pretty much unplayable, even on the lowest graphics settings, which is a shame because I really want to play it.

*Update* Patch 4 makes things a little bit better, but the game is still unplayable on the lowest graphics settings.

*Update* Patch 5 is a huge improvement, but it is still largely unplayable. I find the game lags most in web-swinging and fighting, which also happen to be the best parts of the game.

It takes all of the things that were good about the first game and makes them better. It also takes all of the things that I didn't like about the first game and improves them.

Audio doesn't work. Game's busted.

It's a really charming game, but the hunting mechanic is dog-water.

Not so much a chess management simulator as it is a means to play chess against AI. The UI is a mess. Quitting the game in the middle of a chess puzzle results in losing all progress in the chess puzzle, and not being able to get it back. Essentially, you lose XP for quitting the game in the middle of a key gameplay moment. Considering the only way to get this XP is to play these puzzles, and these puzzles only happen once a month, this does not seem fair.

Yeah, it's fun

It's a good game, but it still needs a lot of work. The graphics are not optimized, and even on a lower setting, it eats up a lot of RAM. There is also no feature to manually save, so players have to rely on autosave, which is not always reliable or consistent. I have lost progress because I restarted from a checkpoint, which I thought was a minute or two away, but the game actually autosaved fifteen minutes ago. Nothing game breaking, but very annoying. Even just a feature that tells players when the last save was would be an improvement.

Yeah, it's good.

There are still quite a few bugs to work out, but this game is pretty fun anyway.

If this is early access, I look forward to the updates! Definitely one of the better medieval town building sims I've played.
