IDK how the game was before the revamp but it's in a decent state at the moment and is already enjoyable. It has what it takes to become a great game if it manages to find a good balance between survival, tenement upgrade, exploration and story.

This game is unique and definitely not for everyone but if you're into it it's amazing. Easily in the top 3 of the best games I've played. I don't think we'll ever get another game that manages to capture this game's atmosphere.

Though it's a shame a lot of the "good stuff" is kept behind hidden achievements.

I first bought this game back in 2014. I upgraded my computer 4 times since then. The performances of this game never improved. wtf.

After finishing the game, I stand by my stupid review. This game a lot of good ideas, but extremely poor execution. Some parts are really confusing, and the story (the way it is "told" at least), is a joke. The terrible ending is just the icing cake. The gameplay being "go there click on that, please be spooked" really doesn't help.

Steam refunds have been introduced specifically for games like this.

I seriously don't understand how tf this game gets so many positive reviews.

It is so rushed that there is no f ucking way that won't end up restarting the game so that you can progress. Multiplayer is so broken it's not even funny anymore.

They don't give a f uck so hard that there is an activity that says <coming soon>. You can't play it, just wait for the update lol !

I bought a game, and now I can't play it anymore.
I could play with high setting at a solid 80/90 fps. Now everything on low + DLSS performance mode I still drop below 50. Constant rollbacks because f uck me ig.

I used to love this game, but the devs keeping fu c king up, lowering the ttk, messing up the UI, introducing mecs no one enjoy etc.

Like any niche game with terribles dev (*cough* tarkov *cough*), this one has an army of braindead monkeys that will defend any abuse the devs will do to them. Don't listen to them. Your PC doesn't suck and neither do you: the game does.
