Edit:
I just finished it. Its probably better than any stupid movie or TV show I watched in past 10 years (excluding Blade Runner sequel).
The fear factor relaxes as you progress through the game and as you piece together what is actually happening - and gets replaced with very interesting character building and Jungian philosophy of the mind, the shadow and unification with dark desires.
The gameplay doesn't let go, and puzzling is always on top. There are only a few "Wtf am I supposed to do now" sections, and only one frustrating actiony section near the very end.

It is an absolutely astonishing, fantastic piece of work.
Get it, play it. You'll very probably carry the memory of experiencing it for life.

Original review:
I just started... but this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome.
It got under my skin within first five minutes, and put me into a proper paranoia/survival mode. From relaxed, I became twitchy, and started snapping my mouse all around environment - because it keeps changing sometimes when you look away.
There was this scene with a teddy bear on the bed, and I couldn't figure out whether its looking at me as I'm walking around - or its just light playing tricks on me. As I was crouch walking around it - I either pushed it and moved its head up, or teddy actually looked up... either way, I got nice shivers immediately.

The game has stuff like this on every corner. You are never sure whether something is real or isn't, whether something you caught with the edge of your eye was actually there and then disappeared - or you're just imagining stuff.

I haven't played something mind-bendingly creepy like this, since Sanitarium back in late 90ies.

You should get it, and you should play it.
