What I found to be my only (slightly annoying) issue is the helicopter glitch at the end of the game. It is possible to overcome it by switching GTAIV.exe to just one processor. It's unlikely that Rockstar will address this issue in the near future. Other than that, the game is great.

Although some assets have been adapted from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (considering most of the developmenmt team at the time was ex-developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.), the game is a true beauty. Recommended to anyone who is into atmospheric, FPS gameplay.
