- Easy to learn/Quick to pick up if you're used to RPGs
- Meaningful choices and outcomes. Your actions have consequences.
- Multiple ways to solve puzzles and obstacles
- Active modding community
- Moderate game play customisation options and UI
- Customisation difficulty you are not locked into and can be changed at anytime
- Option to play as a Custom Character or Pre-made Origin characters
- Decent character editor with fair selection of races/classes and combinations

- The fruity Vampire

Cons:
- Very large game and may not preform as well on older computers
- Controls take some getting used to.
- Camera/aiming can be a pain sometimes
- If you are playing co-op you can only have up to 4 party members counting the companions so if your party is full you can't have a companion with you.
- Inventory Management is tedious at best.
- Some key game play features/controls are not inherently obvious or difficult to learn for new/inexperienced gamers.
- The fruity Vampire

I fully understand how and why this game ended up appealing to such a wide audience. It's just that good, that almost anyone can pick it up and enjoy it. The visuals are great, the writing is great, the characters are memorable and the game play is engaging and at a lot of times really fun.

If you are familiar with how Dungeons&Dragons works in the slightest then this game should be easy to pick up and follow. It can be played completely with your mouse on PC, so it's not hard at all. It can be played at your own pace or with friends, with quick saves readily available if you decided you didn't like the outcome of your choices. The development team is very dedicated to updating the game with patches and fixes, as players discover more and more they can do in the game. There is limitless possibilities to how you can play the game, with a great amount of replay value and changes and secrets and variations - there's just so much content!

I'm not even done playing the game my first time around and I'm already 100+ hours into the game. If you're like me and like to be a completionist and very thorough in clearing the map and doing everything you can do, finding everything, every fight, NPCs to talk to, and hidden secrets then there is going to be a lot of content to tide you over for quite sometime. It's refreshing to have a game with so many routes and repeatability as well as a fairly long story.

And yeah, the fact you can have intercourse with a variety fantasy scenarios and candidates defiantly adds to the overall experience appeal for sure. I've bought this game 3 times now, once for myself, once for my friend and once for my mom. They all love it too. If you haven't played it yet, you need to, and don't forget to pet the dog!

It's like All Stars Transformed in controls, but fully sonic, so if you just want some fanfare its good. I wouldn't pay the full price for it though, it should be cut in half. The story mode is short, and the online play only works with friends because it is basically dead so you have to organize time to play with friends.

Car customization is fun and you can spend your points on the parts though you can still win by just being good it doesnt mattter if your car is maxxed out, but yes I am having a lot of fun with this when I don't feel like playing mario kart this is the next best thing.

A friend bought this game for me to play with him and some other friends and I instantly got hooked. Been playing it for almost 3 days straight now and it's actually pretty fun in solo mode too. Not too terrible of a wait time to get into matches, and it's really fun when you're the killer in a solo queue.

The DLC is also reasonably priced I got them on sale for dirt cheap but I would of payed full price for what I wanted. Also it has a decent cosmetic system too which always is nice to add personal flare to your game. The online matches are mostly friendly people, In like the 25+ games I've played so far only ran into One Toxic person. That's pretty good. People seem to respect the ranks and respect new killers/surviors for being new and not knowing how to play yet. Sometimes I let ppl go if they get away from me at the end even tho i could down em because it payed to be nice, and other killers have let me escape purposely or brought me to the hatch if I was the last one standing, which is also pretty cool.

Overall a fun game and experince! Enjoying it quite a bit!

Get it on sale.

IF you got it on sale it's a great experince but the main story is short and references now are a bit old and outdated to the show but still great if you are a fan of the show.

Not height friendly if you are a shot person like I am, had to play in giant morty mode just to make the area "normal"

Also hard to play in if you are using a setup that doesn't allow for room scale movement. It's doable though.

Game is too short and kinda empty with not much to do. Tries to say you can explore but there's not much to explore and you'll need to come back later with upgrades in order to 100% it. The design was also very lazy as they couldn't even bother with animated cut scenes but instead used still images of the 3D renders as if it was a rough story boarding for later 3D animation.

Gameplay is very simple and game isn't too hard to understand. It is entertaining, though a bit hard to control. I guess if the target audience is supposed to be kids the difficulty is right but some times I couldn't tell if it was hard because it spiked or hard because the controls are a bit off.

Was a bunch of missed chances to make this game better as even though it plays with the Pikmin concept of commanding minions it is extremely simple and doesn't really do anything creative with it. Given the universe and characters this would of been better off as a 3D action platformer rather than watch tiny army of monsters fight for you. You play as Mavis or Drac depending (There's nothing to unlock character wise either you can just pick at the get go who you wanna play.) and given the fact they are vampires and are shown in film to have a wide array of powers I don't know why one would choose to use minions to control instead of the characters themselves.

Also the game is easy to get lost in and forget where you've already been on each island, wasting time. Did I mention there's a timer? You are stuck with 10 minute playtime periods for each "night", and the game doesn't challenge you to spend that time wisely as the night system seems to be nothing more than a different type of scoring system.

You do not have visual health or hitpoints, and with regards to getting lost, you cannot check a map or a mini map, or even a compass, to let you know where you've already been and where you need to go next. You just sorta wander around until you find where you needed to be eventually.

My complaints aside I can't say I feel I've wasted the money or say that I'm not having fun because the game is decent for what it is, just underwhelming at the most because there's so many flaws that can be pointed out and lots of things that could have been improved on but were not. They do keep the characters in character and it's a nice little continuation from the 3rd movie's storyline as this is portrayed as a side story on their way back from their adventures in HT3. If you're a fan of the movies, given there's not many game options out there, this game will do for now and satisfy a need to play in the movie universe.

I'm tempted to add, "wait for the game to go on sale", but It is already around a $20 game average, and given the fact it's pretty well made for what it is/does, I'd say that price is reasonable because making games these days isn't cheap. Though at the same time, that low price could be why the game isn't as good as it could be. :/

Anyway, if you're looking for a fun pikmin like game, this ain't it chief. IF you're a fan of the movies and just want more to mess around with for the universe and characters, then this is a decent investment of your money and time.
