Early Access Review
Was looking forward to this game for 2 years after playing the demo they released a long time ago. Loved it back then, but do not anymore.

Large fleets and being able to send out ships to do tasks in a system was a thing back then, but now we have not only command point limits (which would be alright), we also have a ship limit that is way less than that, meaning you are limited in your ship deployment options. Deploy all the biggest ships you can, because anything smaller and you are wasting your ship limit capacity.

The upgrade system is similar to the world of games, like tanks or warships, but it extremely dismal in size and only encompasses 18 ships total, along with 4 weapon types of 3 different sizes, but many types and sizes either don't exist or have very few or only a single option.

The cherry on the cake is the horrible command system, where ships will ignore your command once they see an enemy. Once they engage, it's kill or die, there is no withdrawing no matter how you give the orders, they refuse to leave until they get destroyed, which costs you even more money and time.

The mission varient is extremely small, having you rinse and repeat the same 4~ tasks over and over again until you've leveled up enough to move to another system, where the process repeats.

Overall, this game may be somethings someday, but it's been 2 years now and while i know things have gone forward, it just doesn't feel as promising as it did back then.
