As a person who's been playing Sonic since I was a little kid, this game made me feel the wonder that I felt as a little kid playing through zones in the older classic games. This game is phenomenal, and probably my favorite Sonic game now. The story is wonderful, the music is fantastic, and the gameplay is very fluid. That being said, there were a couple ups and downs, but nothing major enough to feel like I was ever actively having a bad time.
tl;dr, this is one of the good ones.

I bought this game because I wanted to giggle like an idiot while playing bad. It turned out to be a really fun game, and I wanted to see where it would take me. I managed to get all but one achievement, the S GOD achievement. The newest patch made short toots more forgiving, which allowed me to finish getting all the achievements. The price is a little steep, but if you like rhythm games and have a sense of humor, I think you'll like it.

this game sucks and i love it

Here's the thing. I adore playing this game. But with the current problem of every game being riddled with bots, it mentally drains me to even get into a game, so until this problem is fixed, I highly suggest against playing this game.

EDIT: Three and a half years later, and nothing has changed. Fix TF2, save TF2.
