help how do i start this game

been stuck in the loading screen for like 40 minutes :(

Update: 50 minutes

Update 2: 1 hour

Update 3: 1 hour and 15 minutes in, i realise that you need to press c to start the game

Update 4: 74 hours played and I want to commit war crimes
