Cutesy RE style game with great tropes that you will recognize from other classic horror games.
The blocky art style and free rotating camera make for an undeniably unique retro-inspired gem.
If you left it on your wishlist for a while like me, it is time to play it bc I wish I did sooner :D

The pixel art and character interactions in this game are fantastic!
The plot and atmosphere has a fun mix of cosmic and body horror.
As a fan of survival horror games and a newbie to RPGs, it feels like a good mix of the two.
Also appreciate that there is an option to tone the difficulty down, although I have made it well enough through 5 or so days on the normal mode.

Great gameplay if you are a fan of old school survival horror (esp. Silent Hill 2,3).
Slow burn oppressive atmosphere with good music and VA work.
Standard length for what I have played of indie horror - Quality over quantity with some incentives to replay (NG+).

Only downside I found was inability to load from "chapters" - To me this would have allowed me to keep pacing with the way the story was unfolding and keep immersion, while being able to come back to those parts later for secrets.

Great atmospheric short horror game. I played several times for endings / secrets but also began to notice more each time and ponder the story. Enjoyed the original but I think the Directors Cut might have made it better or more approachable.
