Definitely the best way to play Dark Souls II unless you do not like the game or do not want to pay extra. Game runs smooth, level design is somewhat dickish but challenging overall, and the characters are well written. My only problem is that the bosses are waaaaaaay too easy for Dark Souls standards but other than that, it's a good game nonetheless. If you really want to get into the Soulsborne franchise, start with this game.
