Great game, really recommend it to everyone. But it needs valve's attention it's sad how bad it got with bots hackers and lack of updates but nevertheless thanks to the community, such a wonderful community its still alive, please try it on Uncletopia servers and you will see how fun this masterpiece is. (Its hard at the begging, btw only good players join this servers but its bot free)

UPDATE: Community is updating the game, mostly adding maps, thanks to Vscript they are awesome and amazing. Bots are still a thing but they wont bother you too much now thanks to security measures.
UPDTAE 2: New 64 bit engine update, performance is great.

IF Valve added community fixes it would fix the game overall
IF Valve allowed community updates tf2 would get other content than the holidays updates (Summer updates are great again)

This are things that would make Valve BASED and Tf2 more appealing to the new players once again.

WHAT VALVE NEEDS TO DO RIGHT NOW IS TO FIX THE ANTICHEAT. FOR CS2 AND TF2. NO EXCUSES
they have the money and the resources but for SOME REASON not the will.
Apreciation to Eric, a developer doing his best. Thanks for the 64 bit update and everything you've done so far its awesome.

Would reccommend the game to anyone, it runs on any potato thanks to masterconfig.

This is more than just a game. Its the definition of fun, of a community, of how to archive longevity, of an artstyle, a genius gameplay design,...
It has created infinite art creations, SFM/GMOD animations and video essays. Endless workshop content, mods such as TF2 Classic and Open Fortress and a WHOLE SOURCE 2 PORT (sadly taken down, it wasnt going anywhere and it used Valve's resources, an understandable decision no complains)

Team Fortress 2 will always be installed in my heart. It has proven to be truly timeless because its design and legacy.
