IF YOUR EXPANSION ISN'T WORKING. Copy the CD key of the expansion and redeem it on Mog Station!

It's annoying that i have extremely stupid moments sometimes.
Instead of pressing the expansion code redemption
I pressed the item code redemption sooo... yeah, but hey, atleast now I got it right and have it working xD

youdont need an active sub I'm sure, you just need a FFXIV steam edition copy along with a SHB steam edition copy

I have every expansion, and the CD code for Shadowbringers isn't working on mogstation, do you know whether I need to have an active subscription for anything to process?

You have both ARR and the expansion on steam, correct?

i just bought the DLC "shadowbringers and the main game "ARR" is not absoring the DLC. I also tried using your method by logging into the mog station and redeeming it there but it doesnt work, says that the code is "invalid" something like that. How do i make this work?
