This game has improved an insane amount since its less than optimal launch. With the massive amount of free content that continues to be released for this game, there really isn't a reason not to buy it.

Expensive, yes. Good experience, also yes. I like being able to walk around the trains and feel more immersive than the original Train Simulator despite the limited functionality.
