It is a program that generates frames to bypass the frame caps and other things. You can use this to play Tales of Symphonia with 60 FPS on PC!

The most underrated franchise in the world. I bought Trails in the Sky in march 2023 and I consecutively played 9 Legend of Heroes games in a row and 1000 hours so far uptil now.
