The ownership of the game changed hands a while back and ever since then all the new content is lackluster and the optimization is going down the drain. At this stage of the game, know that you're buying a quickly decaying product and might need a lot better computer specs than described to run it.

Frenzy "zombies" gamemode is pretty fun but it is randomly available or often not available to play. Forget about hardcore frenzy or amplified frenzy gamemodes if you preferred them. A lot of bad decisions from above ruining what could've been a timeless classic.

I feel like the idea of this game started out as a passion project but turned out very mundane in every aspect (story, gameplay and art).

It does not come close to, let alone surpass, any existing literature in any manner. I was hoping we would get at least a different take on the thing style horror but it rather feels like a very cheap copy with family issues inserted. The gameplay gets redundant very fast. Even the basic mechanics of cat and mouse style running away gameplay feels choppy and not engaging. Then you realize thats all there is to the gameplay, absolute disappointment there. The art potential of an oilrig in the middle of a storm seems boundless but they somehow managed to make that boring as well dont ask me how. All in all, It feels like the drive to make this game ran out very early in development. Leaves much to be desired.

I have finished the game in 12 hours (4 hours sleep).

A rare perfect game in the year 202x and a highly immersive story intertwined with interesting references to the legends across human history. Gameplay was novel and very enjoyable to me but I also never played resident evil games.

The "many world, every playthrough is a new cycle, EET WUZ ALL A DREAM LOL" genre is so overdone but somehow this game manages to climb out of the p**p pile and raise the bar for such games even higher.

I love games in their infancy phase like this where you get to meet people from all kinds of life. I would say buy it just for that reason. Most games you have you will at least encounter communicative people.

denuvo seems very sketchy, would avoid buying until this is fixed.

Just realized that before this denuvo update rolled out, this freshly released game was on discount for about a week. If that doesnt sound shady i dont know what is.

update: nevermind we were being sczhios, they rolled denuvo back. Game is incredible and an unbelievable feat in nowadays gaming dystopia of politics and hold down the button shooters.

Playing as a wholesome pure little child really warms your heart, then it hits you that there are probably many pedophiles playing this game. Best suggestion would be to play this before you get too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the head by the internet.

I dont think you can walk off an 00-buck to the face but its fun to modify guns and then test them on things freely because you are immortal as a part of 17 dlcs

I have last touched this game in 2014 and the only thing left behind that gameplay is a screenshot of a sledgehammer half deep in a cows ass titled "I -DONT- HAVE THE POWER".
