DOSBox? Come on, you're not even trying.
Android version is at least a proper 'port' and goes for like 0.1$ when on a sale.

This is a port of a mobile game. It's pretty simple, aimed for casual play and has mechanics you can find in many mobile games, but nevertheless I've enjoyed it so far, mostly for nostalgic reasons, because it's reminiscent of Wizardry games on PSX. Don't buy it at 12$ however, wait for a 2$-3$ sale. On Android it costs 5$ and goes on sale for 0.9$

Little gem. I'd say it's something between Risk of Rain and Titan Souls. Current full price (10€) is a bit steep though for ~5 hour game - grab it on sale.

This game is true gem, that sadly went mostly unnoticed. Closest thing i can think of to compare it with would be Valkyrie Profile or Alundra on PSX: melancholic RPG/Platformer with a huge immersive world.

Teenage apocalypse.
Donnie Darko + Fahrenheit + Gone Home.

I've only played 1st episode.
Loved it so far but waiting for price to drop for rest of the episodes.
Only negative thing i could say about it - it's very hipster. It feels like somebody was trying hard to hit every hipster cliche ever. If you have low tolerance for that, you'll have hard time with this game. But then again I guess its fitting for current age. If you look back to Donnie Darko or Gregg Araki's trilogy, they have 90's written all over them.

Not a complete garbage, but very mediocre.
Ther's nothing particular about this game. No character.
It feels soulless and mechanical.
I suppose fans of series might enjoy it but since i'm not i can not recommend this.
Get DMC, LOS, MGR or Enslaved instead.
Or Killer is Dead, if they f'ing fix it.

BSOD or crash every time i try to run in
game is made on UE3, which, for it to look pretty, is messed up to a point it doesn't run anymore
i would rather have less pretty but playable game
this reminds me of FreeArc fiasco
have you heard of FreeArc? i bet you haven't
it's general purpose archiver that compressess better than pretty much any other
but nobody uses it
because its insane
e.g. it can be that to decompress 1mb FreeArc file you would need 8gb ram
i.e. if you can crank something to max doesn't mean its a good idea
it usually isn't
