What a masterpiece. Beautiful game even today proving how important game/lvl design is and it's not just all in graphics. If you like open world games, definitely try this one even if you don't like western.

Pros:
- BBW - big beautiful world to explore full of secrets, wonders and random encounters, I spent most of my time just riding around, hunting, killing bandits, helping strangers, taming horses, observing animals
- everything feels very much alive and the world is quite realistic
- the story is great (mostly) and long but you can also choose not to play it and just wander around
- the characters are great and varied, your companions are quite fleshed out and have a lot of lore but even NPCs in towns are fun to listen too (typical Rockstar)
- if you like westerns, you will love this, if you don't, you will still most probably like it
- even if it's from 2018, the game looks and feels beautiful

Cons:
- chapter 1 (intro) is shot but it's still a bit of a bother to go through but it's worth it
- the economy is not well thought through so you will soon find yourself with a lot of money and nothing to spend it on
- Micah Bell - the only character that feels out of place, unlike most of other players, I don't like to hate him, I wish the game gave me an option to kill him or he ran away from the gang way sooner
- Rockstar's treatment of developers - in general, but also some things are maybe a bit too detailed and I would have never noticed them if I wasn't watching some obscure videos on YT, we could have all lived without them and developers would have an easier time or could have worked on something else that would have more impact

Combat gets a bit dull at times but the story is great. Wish there was also first-person view...

Good game, I love most of the characters, the only problem I have is that if I want to replay it with another class/character, I have a long intro to get through once again.
Also, it would be fun if they added even more characters with their stories so you can mix your party even more, but maybe in some future DLC...

Best game I have never seen!

Easy, casual, relaxing yet challenging at the same time. Also much safer than IRL. Absolutely worth the price.

P.S. For the best experience, I recommend using a joystick.

TL;DR: I did not buy it to play online so for now I recommend it, it's Tekken

PROS:
- it's Tekken
- great for playing live with friends
- excellent controller support
- even a blind person can play it
- game is quite playable and enjoyable without DLCs

CONS:
- most of the characters don't get a real story
- I don't really like all the flashy flash particle animations they added for the moves and kicks
- lots of DLC

REVIEW:
So, I came here from Tekken 5 that I used to play with my friends (and alone) on my good old PS2. I bought it on sale for 10€ partly because I wanted to play it, partly simply because of nostalgia. And it does not disappoint. But then again, it's not without its flaws.

It's all you expect of Tekken. There are many colorful characters with various backgrounds and stories, most of them you already know if you played some previous Tekkens. The controller support is excellent and I did not encounter any problems using my bluetooth ipega controller. I plan to buy some more controllers, USB ones, to play with friends again, just like in the good ole days.
The graphics look ok, could be better, but could be worse. The stages are well made, and I really like the mechanic that lets you break through the floor or fence and move to another stage, it's quite an immersive twist. What I don't like is all the particles, rays, flames, etc. that fly all over the screen whenever you hit or make a combo. They are a bit too much for me, I'd really like to tone them down so I can see the actual fighting.
I'm also not a big fan of Rage Arts, I think they are a bit too OP for casual play, but ok. And the new easy mode is very very very easy, even a bit too easy with basic one-button combos and assist button if you ask me, but it's ok if you want to pass the story quickly. Now, speaking of the story...

The story mode is done quite differently than in Tekken 5. The story focuses on the Mishima family (Heihachi, Kazuya, Jin and some others) and the war for world domination between G Corporation and Mishima Zaibatsu. The main storyline features Heihachi, Kazuya, Jin, Nina, Lee, Lars, Alisa, Claudio, Kazumi and Akuma, all of which you play (mostly Heihachi) for a few fights except Jin who basically sleeps it over and Claudio who is just a one time opponent.
This is all nice and great but the problem is that more than half of the characters do not even show up during the story. The Iron Fist Tournament is not even shown, it's just indicated that it "happens" after. You can not choose the character with which you pass the storyline, it just throws you into any character suitable for the current chapter.
All the other characters get their own "chapter" that is just 2 small paragraphs of text, one little fight and one ending scene. I know Tekken is not played for the story but I like a lot of the characters and it's kinda sad to see them just mentioned as an afterthought...

And at least, the DLCs. You can play and enjoy the game without the DLCs, it does offer quite a lot of characters with different playstyles. But... They could have offered some more... The main problem is that individual DLCs are quite expensive so you'll probably just buy the one character you like and that's ok, but if you want them all (or most of them), you'll end up paying for it more then for the game itself.

And that's about that. Basically, if you ever played Tekken, you know what to expect, just with a different story mode. I do still recommend it.

This game is very very casual, even a blind person can play it!

Beautiful graphics, easy to learn, great if you are looking for something hyper casual, like a mobile game without ads and microtransactions. All in all, ok game for the price, especially if you buy it on sale!

I would only like devs to add a harder difficulty option or something like that since I don't find it challenging at all after just around 2h of play...

I expected more form this game based on my expiriance playing WoT PC. Battles are very very short, no artillery, limited options for gameplay, etc. All in all, download WoT PC if you can and you'll be much happier...
