Fun little game with a surprising amount of depth. It does get a bit repetitive towards the middle/later game though.

+ Quick and responsive controls makes the combat feel great.
+ I love the way the story slowly unfolds between runs. It provides a nice break from the action.
+ The progression feel meaningful and adds some nice customization to your character.
+ The weapons all have their own unique feel.
