Persona 4 is by far one of the best Persona games ever created and Golden takes what was good about the original and adds upon it with some small but very helpful changes. This game has a great story, amazing characters and dialogue, and Confidants that I believe to be much stronger than the ones in Persona 5 Royal. One of the best modern JRPGS!!

By far the toughest FromSoftware game I have ever played, but the challenge was worth it in the end. This game puts you in control of Wolf, a shinobi who's sole purpose is to protect his master Kuro, Divine Heir of all of Ashina. Genichiro Ashina though, greedy for power and immortality, imprisons Kuro and attempts to use his blood to make him immortal. Wolf's journey takes you to multiple locations on your search to end this conflict in a multitude of ways, sending you through many different areas, all beautiful and incredible to run around in. The combat is fluid and varied with the use of Wolf's prosthetic arm, which can be used in a multitude of ways. These reasons make Sekiro's combat system by far my favorite in any FromSoftware game, but it does take some time to master. The enemies, though I wish there were more types than just soldiers and the occasional animal fits perfectly given the time period we are in and the plot we are following. Overall one of my favorite games of all time!!

Ranked 2.0 is a joke and so is this game in 2024.

As sad as it is that Harmonix stopped supporting this game and seeing it taken off the Steam Store, I'm just glad I picked it up as the game is so much fun and has songs for every category of music. Adding custom songs is also great and adds so much more to an already amazing catalog of music. I can see myself coming back to this just to find both amazing and cursed mashups any day!! One of the best modern rhythm games/ DJ simulators!!!

By far one of my favorite open world games of 2020! The combat is fluid and fun, the stealth and parkour is on par with Assassin's Creed with the amount of polish, and the story is fun, emotional, and action packed!! Aloy is an awesome character and I hope Forbidden West gets a PC port soon!!

Give us Demon's Souls and Bloodborne for PC FromSoft!!

Overall an incredible experience for those that love JRPGs!! The story is fairly easy to understand, placing you under the control of Joker, the leader of the Phantom Thieves. Joker, along with his team take down a select group of the corrupt over the span of a school year. Both the daily life and Phantom Thief gameplay are awesome and offers a ton of things to do. For daily life, you can hang out with friends and do various activities and each decision pays off in one way or another through Confidants and Social Skills. As for Phantom Thief gameplay, you run through various Palaces with plenty of secrets and enemies to battle!! In the 70+ hours it took for me to finish the main story, I can say with certainty that I never once got bored, even if I had to grind levels. This game is easily in my top 5 favorite games of all time, right next to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Hollow Knight!!

Overall a perfect way to end such an incredible series. Dark Souls III comes back to its roots with the amazing combat we know and love from the first Dark Souls. This entry, though tough, seemed a lot easier to me that the 1 and 2 (though DS2 had "artificial difficulty" by amping up the enemy placement and making I-frames a stat you had to level up). The graphics are timeless and the story is just as good if not better than the original Dark Souls. The ending seemed perfect regardless of what ending you got, they all felt deserved and I would't place one over the others. In the 30+ hours it took for me to 100 percent the game, I never once got bored, though there was a bit of frustration here or there (I struggled with Pontiff Sulyvahn and Nameless King). I am very excited to come back with mods and see what the modding community has to offer.

Though I did 100 percent the game and got every achievement, this was not the greatest game to complete. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is my least favorite Dark Souls game for a multitude of reasons, enemy placement and boss runbacks are terrible, combat as slow and sluggish, and certain bosses don't even feel like bosses (looking at you Royal Rat Authority). It's not a bad game, I actually loved a lot that this game had to offer, but its a bad Dark Souls game. I'd still recommend you try it once since when you get used to its issues, it can be fun, though it still leaves a lot to be desired.

A worthy sequel/spinoff to an already incredible game!! The combat is stylish, the music is incredible, and the characters are lovable and relatable. I'd say the only thing I wish got carried over was the Confidant system from the original Persona 5, but granted that is replaced with the Bond Level so I am in no position to complain. I'd say if you loved Persona 5, you will find a lot of enjoyment here. If you are a newbie to the series, I'd say maybe read up a little bit on the story as its a lot to take in without prior knowledge! I'd reccomend this game to anyone who likes beat em' ups and JRPGs. So damn excited for Royal now that it's coming to PC, gonna waste so much time on that masterpiece as well!!
