Overall a perfect way to end such an incredible series. Dark Souls III comes back to its roots with the amazing combat we know and love from the first Dark Souls. This entry, though tough, seemed a lot easier to me that the 1 and 2 (though DS2 had "artificial difficulty" by amping up the enemy placement and making I-frames a stat you had to level up). The graphics are timeless and the story is just as good if not better than the original Dark Souls. The ending seemed perfect regardless of what ending you got, they all felt deserved and I would't place one over the others. In the 30+ hours it took for me to 100 percent the game, I never once got bored, though there was a bit of frustration here or there (I struggled with Pontiff Sulyvahn and Nameless King). I am very excited to come back with mods and see what the modding community has to offer.
