its alright, abilities are fun and more clever ways to do stuff, but something just doesnt feel right
also the engine sucks
first game was better but if you liked dishonored youll probably like this

better than the second, dlc worth it, especially for better understanding the second game

only worth if on a good sale

good sim especially with mods
you can even have fun with just mouse and keyboard if you use mouse steering
but seriosly need wheel/pedals to feel anything

wait for a sale on the complete edition
get ac content manager+shaders pack too

good gaem, need to replay, dont forget to get the mod to make it playable
