Great game and even better community. Sony reverted their decision for PSN being mandatory. Major order completed.

Fable is one of those games that aged well. Don't expect too much depth in terms of mechanics but be on the lookout for funny and interesting quests, lore and nice world to play around. It's worth the price and especially if you want that hit of nostalgia.

Beautiful gem with nice narrated story, tight combat and good progression system. It offers nice gameplay elements that make it challenging and rewarding. Not much else to say, play it!

This game has a very nice aesthetic and idea but it's not done and seems abandoned. I would recommend it if it was free but since it costs money avoid it. You gather materials and build a cabin but there are bugs, unbalanced gameplay and not much to do after initial exploration. Pick another chill game and avoid this one.

What a beautiful deck building game. I like rougelike games when they have good sense of progress, be that of my own skill improving or the game offering progress in term of power. Spire is a unique combination of both, every run unlocks new things for characters while simultaneously you learn about mechanics and how to deal with different types of enemies.

Most importantly it's not overwhelming. UI is clean and gives all the relevant information on hover. It's easy to get into but hard to master. Especially in the beginning where is expected that you die a lot. Later on with new better card and understanding of enemies you can see your own progress. It really nailed the sense of accomplishment even when you die.

And since is PVE it's not balanced and I love it. If you are "lucky" you can make some nice infinite combos making the run easy. Or you can have a "unlucky" run and make it a battle of attrition. Luck is however not a very huge factor. While there is a certain level of RNG I never felts screwed by it too much. Selection of cards as you go often lets you build a semi ideal deck. And most importantly it always feel fresh and exciting. They nailed that sense of journey is more important than the destination with nifty balancing of player choices and RNG.

If you are into rougelikes and deckbuilders this game is the one.

This game is a good blend of state of decay without annoying side quests and what a walking dead game should be. Sense of progression is really well done and killing hordes in the late game is icing on the cake. Same can't be said for mission progression as they are mostly on the easy side from the beginning. There is not much sense of threat or danger at least not on normal difficulty.

Gameplay loop of go - kill - repeat is satisfying, Weapons are tight and have sense of impact. My only gripe is how aiming and shooting is done when there is a zombie next to you. Where you aim the camera and where shots go is not the same so its really hard to play. It might be on purpose to force melee in the early game. It's such a small gripe that I would still highly recommend to go play if you want to shoot zombies.

Now for the main gripe I have is how the storytelling and delivery of quests is done. Don't get me wrong, story is nice and engaging but sooo freaking long. It's a zombie game, I want to shoot zombies. I don't wan't to explore 10 different character motivators on why he is doing what he is doing. Put more storytelling in camps and world versus linear story. Make me feel the struggle of everyday people in this environment. Game has a very good setting for making you care about camps outside of go kill to get credit but it doesn't do it. You are also forced to go around and explore for collecting materials but besides that there is not a lot of story building via the game world. Only pieces I've found are around NERO sites.

Delivery of quests is via radio and it's the most broken thing ever. Overlapping voice lines, quests out of sync or not triggering. Imagine you finished a quest and you need to get a new one in parallel while traveling to a third one. Finished quest has you reporting success, then while you travel the second dialog should start but you already arrived to the third one so it started a cutscene and now dialog is interrupted. From that point on it's kinda random (broken) when the dialog for the second one will appear and show you the mission on the map. I had instances of this happening all the time sometimes getting the quest after I already forgotten it was interrupted.

Again I would still highly recommend this game for the simple enjoyment of killing zombies and hordes.

Did you ever read a book that kept you on the edge of your seat? A book that had such a mystery you simply couldn't put it down until it was finished? The book is Firewatch. A book in video game format that you play for the experience. Beautifully crafted world that presents itself for exploring while you have conversations that drive the story forward.

I can't pinpoint any specific singular thing that draw me but rather the overall emotion and feeling this game provides for the player. Storytelling is done in a conversational way with what feels like actual people talking. The game portrays loneliness of nature and its beauty in a unique way.

Highly recommended to just go into the game. Don't read anything about it, just go, experience!

As a fun of causal card games this was a very good experience to play. It scaled difficulty as you progress further and at the end was a good challenge.
