This game is truely a testament for a game developer loving their game and not giving up on it, despite what the initial reviews said.
They learned from the initial mistakes, improved on it and now, almost 8 years after the release, still provide DLC-sized additions to the game for free.
Other devs can learn a lot from this dedication.

Early Access Review
It's basically Breath of the Wild, but also Satisfactory, but also Civiliaztion, but also a RPG, but also Terraria, but also...

Worded like that, it sounds like a mess of a game, but honestly, it's a great mix and is very enjoyable.
You start out on a small tutorial island, gathering basic ressources such as wood and stone, make your first workbench, which unlocks a bunch of new recipes, allowing you to upgrade your tools and get more ressources.

Eventually you get to the point where you venture progress the current age to the next, unlocking new recipes, allowing for more automation and more powerful tools.

You stumble upon dungeon entrances, which will reward you handsomely once you clear them.

If you get bored from the small island you build your home and basic crafting stations on, you can enter a giant stone gate that allows you to visit plenty other, more difficult but also more rewarding islands.

Although it's only Early Access, this game is already a lot of fun to play and I highly recommend checking it out.

I just finished this game and what can I say?

It's gorgeous, comedical, challenging at times but never unfair and brings a lot of charme.
I loved it all the way to the end. Only thing I noticed was the voice acting, which sounded a bit too reverberating sometimes. But it was just a minor downside to an, otherwise, completely amazing game.

In total, it felt like a loveletter to those good, old point and click adventures like Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion and I can highly recommend this game, if you like this kind of games yourself.

Spoiler for the ending below
I really wish for it to get a sequel, as the ending was a little saddening for me, considering how light-hearted most of the game was.

Nice alternative to Overwatch, even if not everyone agrees with this opinion.

Frequent new champions, shifting META, individual play style for each champion thanks to the card system.

Luna nights sets you in a beautifully animated world, created after the image of the Touhou world "Gensoyko"
You're playing as Sakuya, the maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, who's trapped in this world created by Remilia for fun.

Over time you gain various abbilities, such as the power to stop time or throw thousands of knives at once.

This game has a charming pixel-art style, wonderful songs and a challenging, but not unfair, gameplay.
The bosses (so far) are all unique and have certain patterns, that can be learned, so you can defeat them.

A very nice spin on the "Metroid-vania" franchise and the only down side I see, is that I have to wait to continue playing right now. :)
