Incredibly addicting and satisfyingly challenging.
However it would be nice if there were more more settlements with living people so the world isn't quite as bleak as demons souls. It's not really much in the way of roleplaying if regardless of your build 99.9% of the world attempts to kill you on sight, and the vast majority of npcs friendly to you die. I get it's supposed to be grim but at a certain point the lack of population makes your goal of "Elden Lord" seem silly at best. Lord of what exactly?
