After finally finishing the game, I'm willing to write a review.

90hrs of my playtime is from Early Access.

With that said, I can immediately say the game is worth $60 for the first act alone. The game clearly suffered from being pushed out a month early (seriously, how often does that happen?), but Act 3 still holds up despite what was evidently cut from it.

I would expect what was cut out, mostly things related to the very end of the game, to be added in at some point one way or another. There's been no word of the plan regarding the cut out endgame content, and there probably will not be until a bit past the PS5 release. On a more positive note, Larian is unironically one of the only studios I would trust to handle fixing up their games. It happened with D:OS 2, it happened with DD, I would expect what should have been in the endgame to be added within the next year or so.

Long story short, Baldur's Gate 3 is definitely worth your time and money. The content made available here for $60 is absurd, you can get a full experience from the game as it is currently. By the time more of the endgame is fixed up, you'll just have yet another reason to start another play through.

Big fan, cannot wait to put another 200 hours into this game.
