It is hereby agreed that in the event of a match, game, battle, skirmish, or heated disagreement, ITookYourKnees shall bear no liability for any knee-related consequences incurred by the opposing party. Furthermore, you waive all rights to seek restitution or legal recourse for any such loss. This agreement shall remain binding and enforceable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the confrontation.
