Gabe "The Glue Man" Degrossi launched his career as a professional basketball player at the young age of 12. He became captain of the Boston Celtics and earned the nickname "Glue Man" because his hands stuck to the ball easily. He then perfected the Degrossi Technique (lobbing the ball into the basket from the other side of the court) and taught his team. This technique gave the Celtics the biggest lead in NBA history.

10 years later, Degrossi was involved in a tragic accident at a glue factory and is made completely of glue. His once lighthearted nickname turned grim as the event unfolded. Degrossi did what anyone would do in this situation; become a professional wrestler.
