O jogo está ótimo, mas como já falaram tem problema com otimização. Não é nada de outro mundo e conhecendo a paradox vamos ter updates contínuos, para quem gosta da série é super recomendável.
É uma boa melhoria do jogo anterior, ainda vai demorar provavelmente alguns... anos? para chegar no nível de conteúdo, por motivos obvies, mas as ferramentas novas integradas são muito boas, desenhar as estradas está uma boa experiencia.
