Now 5 years after release it still is the best Story RPG ive ever played and thats probably gonna stay like this for the next years. This game is not focused on gameplay but on the Story.

The Gameplay isnt very hard but it can go really into the depth of being a witcher with the alchemy and glossar. But the Gameplay is pretty easy so you get how everything works and whats the best strategy in fights pretty fast so it can get one sided.

The Story on the other Hand is really good. Every little side quest feels like a story itself and is very detailed. The Charachters and Voices are chosen really well so every quest feels important and is fun to do. I personally fell in love with the characters very well and began to read the books last week. If you feel just like me and love the characters and the story i can recommend reading the books too since it gives many many background details about the characters.

The World itself impacts alot about the story too since it really gives a good atmosphere. The Cities seem to be alive and dont focused on just the main character itself which gives the feeling that the npcs are self thinking and independent. You also feel the basic mood of the people in the different cities.

Overall I can say that this is my absolute favourite game and I can recommend it to everyone who likes to play Singleplayer Story games. Dont hesitate to buy it because it is 5 Years old because it still is the best RPG out there in my Opinion.
