disclaimer: I have a 4090 and 9800x3d so if this is a vram issue that would explain why I havent experienced it.

Game has been running fine for me, im getting like 70-90 fps at very high settings w/ ultimate settings ray tracing. I've also ran it on my steam deck at low settings with ITGI set to Balanced and have been getting 30-45fps which for someone who has already played the game and has a different machine to play it on, is fine for just sitting on my couch but would not recommend for first time enjoyers. Not saying people are lying/ not having issues but idk I can only speak on my own experience.
