Thanks for your time. Yeah, you're right. I just wanted to make sure I don't have csgo_legacy selected in Beta and that I have deleted the folder. Just now I went to click on install CS2 from library, it's asking for 40.74GB. So yeah, the result hasn't changed. :( 121GB? That's unusually huge size. Thanks again for taking your time to reply to my messages. Have a lovely weekend.

Well then, I guess CS2 really does take up 40 GB already… I just don't know because I still have old CS:GO installed, with all .vpk's extracted, and it takes 121 GB on my drive… :D You probably shouldn't bother with trying it again though since it didn't work the first time

Thank you for taking the time to reply. That's exactly what I did. After uninstalling the game from Library, I went to that exact folder you mentioned and deleted that exact folder. However after reinstalling the game, the result didn't change. I appreciate your time. I'm going to try again, just for the sake of it.

@2keyS maybe it didn't actually completely uninstall CS:GO?… Try uninstalling again and deleting Counter-Strike: Global Offensive folder completely from (Steam installation folder)\steamapps\common\ and then installing the game back again

G'day mate, I have read your reply to a post in regards to the final installation size of CS2 on the discussions forum. I have uninstalled and reinstalled(without selecting csgo legacy), and the size of the game is still the same as before at 40.7 GB.
