Path of Exile is addictive in the best way possible. There are near-endless ways to massacre your way through hordes of unsuspecting enemies, and collecting all the sweet, sweet loot afterwards is just icing on the cake. It's also way more complex than I expected, with the massive passive tree and DPS optimizing and whatnot.

Overall, PoE is an experience that will consume your life, as it has mine. 10/10.

This game has left me permanently scarred. It took my emotions and trampled all over them, and then set them on fire and dunked the ashes in acid. Playing DDLC was perhaps one of the worst decisions of my life. I don't know what to feel anymore.

The game's not actively bad: everything works properly and there aren't any major glitches, but that's really it. The gameplay is incredibly repetitive and lacks substance. It's just spamming left/right-click and dodging attacks. The enemies have easily predictable movements, and the only real difference is how long it takes to kill them. The upgrade system isn't all that great either - there aren't enough options (or skill points) to make it interesting.

On the bright side, the story is alright and the graphics are good. Voice acting and music are great as well, if a little repetitive.

Overall, the aesthetics are good but the gamplay is mediocre at best. If you're a RWBY fan, this is a decent game for time-killing, but otherwise I would not recommend it as it is now.

I initially purchased this game because it was on sale and looked fun, and I must say I am delighted with that choice. Risk of Rain is a wonderfully entertaining and challenging game. It's a little difficult at the start, but once you unlock a few charcters and artifacts, the game gets a little easier. It's incredibly addictive and great for killing time. My only two issues are the somewhat confusing mutiplayer system, and the inability to pause and resume a game without having to leave the window open. Overall a solid 10/10 and woud definitely recommend to others.
