I can't recommend this to anyone. The visual upgrade is so minor you will not notice it unless you compared screenshots side by side. Your game will also take much longer to load, and considering this game has to load every time you enter or exit a building, that's a lot of wasted time.

I have Fallout 4 installed on a NVME2.0 drive on a high end system too. Not worth it!

Because with TS13, the fun train HAS NO BRAKES!

I swear to god, if you don't have a heart condition, you will after playing this game, because the sheer amount of excrement one can purge from their body after playing this could kill someone.
