:FC5_Father: Been a gamer since 1985 when Tandy computers handled cartridges that looked like 8-tracks :FC5_Father:... but was, instead, 8 bit games like Pitfall and Destruction Derby. I eventually found playing with the QBASIC language was more fun but I soon became addicted to NES. I wasted countless hours of my life on console games up until the N64... at which time I switched to a PC gamer and never looked back. To look how far things have come from those days is unbelievable.... I've literally watched gaming 'dreams' and 'fantasies' I once had become a reality within a decade - playing SNES, imagining friends of mine connected to the same game, and pretending they were the opposing NPC I fought.

If only I'd obsessed about programming as much as I did playing these damn games... if only I'd known the 'day dreams' and imagination was something the big tech companies were already working towards... when you can take someone's dreams and fantasies and change them from just imagination to REALITY... well, I mean... just look at the impact it's had. Step back just a minute and take an objective viewpoint at just how big the gaming world blew up since it's start.

If I'd have stuck with developing instead of entertaining myself and looking for gratification, I'd probably be able to buy my own ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ island by now... :( hell, even PLAYING the games, I wish I'd have thought about taking the 'PewdiePie' route... YouTubers... SOMETHING!!! DAMN IT!!! LOL
Veteran Gamer - Gaming Since 1985
From gaming on a Tandy TRS-1000 with a single joystick and game cartridges that resembled eight track tapes to the current day releases for PC, I've been part of the gamer community. I'm partial to the RPG, simulation, and open world genres such as Rockstar's games (GTA, Red Dead Redemption, etc.), Witcher 3, World of Warcraft, and Rust.

However, I don't restrict myself or limit my gaming those genres. I enjoy a wide variety of games - catching some as early releases like Paint the Town Red and Hello Neighbor. I've even gotten into Minecraft probably making me one of the only 40+ year old players still attempting to finish the vanilla version.

Feel free to message me for whatever reason - game strategy, computer tech support, or just to troll me! I'm open to any and all internet communication. :)
